Rufo Guerreschi,
Co-Chairman and Executive Director.

Mr. Guerreschi has covered top-management technical and commercial positions at Urban Data Solutions in New York, and 4thPass in Seattle. At these advanced server-side software companies, he has managed sales and technical deployment of multi-million dollar server-side software solutions for global telecom operators, and managed web-application projects involving over 20 programmers. He has completed his graduate education on public and international affairs at Princeton and Rutgers University. He has been active within the global democratization movement through his extended involvement with major intellectuals, organizations and sponsors of the movement.

Dr. Rasmus Tenbergen,
Co-Chairman and Chair of the Advisory Board.

Dr. Tenbergen is the Inventor and Executive Director of the Global Democracy Experiment, the first working global democracy model on the internet. He has worked for former German Chancellor Helmut Kohl as co-opted member of the national board of the governing Christian democrat party and in many other party positions. Dr. Tenbergen holds a master's degree in public administration from Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government and an M. A. and a Ph.D. in political science from the Free University of Berlin and the Aachen Institute of Technology. He is the Executive Director of the Institute for Leadership Development in Bonn. Dr. Tenbergen does research on decision theory, negotiation, leadership, international relations, global governance, human rights and ethics. His main hobby is classical music, in his spare time he plays the piano and conducts the Fitzcarraldo Orchestra in Germany.
